12.Notes/Remarks, if any.
Any Direct Seller/customer can lodge a complaint either through calling or online. If any complaint is given through a phone call, for that there is complaint/customer care no. After we get a call, complaint is register by his/her name and complaint no.is given to customer by sms. If someone lodged a complaint online, then that complaint is also register and complaint no.is given by sms to customer. We have a special complaint department in our company. We do internal audit of this department every month end. All complaints are solved within 48 hours of registration. Head of this department is one of our Director. All the complaint data are maintained and stored properly. this data is stored for 5 years with other company's data. Person in charge, contact no. and email id for complaint department is provided in paragraph 7.

I / We, Amit Amarjit Chaurasiya in the capacity of Director of the Krishna Agribusiness Development Pvt. Ltd. company / firm declare that we are compliant with the following:
(a) We do not promote a Pyramid Scheme, as defined in Clause 1(11) or enroll any person to such scheme or participate in such arrangement in any manner whatsoever in the garb of doing Direct Selling business.
(b) We do not participate in Money Circulation Scheme, as defined in Clause 1(12) in the garb of Direct Selling of Business Opportunities.
(c) We are compliant with all the remaining aspects mentioned in the guidelines issued vide F. No. 21/18/2014-IT (Vol-II) dated 9th September, 2016 by the Department of Consumers, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution and shall also provide such details as may be notified from time to time.
