Problem Reported: Consumer had purchased a Washing machine in September 2018 and had paid ₹29,036. As one of the parts of the product had got damaged, he had contacted the company but they did not provide him any resolution.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded to on the NCH Portal that “the company had got it checked with the service team and one of the parts in the appliance had been replaced and issue resolved.”
