Problem Reported: Consumer had taken a Health Insurance policy and to renew it he had received an SMS from the company informing him of a link to pay for the renewal of his policy. He paid the renewal amount of ₹9,560 online in early July 2020 but even after three weeks, he did not receive his renewed policy. Consumer had sent mails to them many times but had not received any response from the company
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded to the grievance on the NCH Portal stating, “...We want to inform you that the policy has been issued. Please find enclosed soft copy of the policy schedule for your ready reference. Please note: This is a valid form of Insurance cop
