Convergence Company Registration Required Documents

The National Consumer Helpline (NCH), is the grievance redressal mechanism of the Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India. NCH provides an automated platform to escalate consumer grievances & companies for redressal and resolution. More than 1 lakh grievances are registered by aggrieved consumers at the helpline by various modes and all grievances are registered on the Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India’s portal- www.consumerhelpline.gov.in. This portal is accessible to the general public, and captures grievance details from different modes- online, Whats-App By phone, SMS, e-mails, NCH App, as well as grievances sent to the officials of the Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India.

Currently, we are getting escalated grievances on our portal related your company. As part of the Project, Companies partner with NCH under the ‘Convergence’ initiative on a completely voluntary, free-of-charge basis to help in resolving their customer grievances cordially and expeditiously. NCH has entered into convergence partnership with more than 780 companies and organizations. Grievances are received by these companies on a ‘real-time basis and the company can respond to them suitably and cordially within a time line of 30 days.
