Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased an inverter battery in August 2019 by paying an amount of ₹6300/-, and the Battery came with a 36 Months warranty. There were some issues with the battery so, he contacted the company’s toll free number for grievance resolution, but they were not proving any solution to the consumer. As the battery was still in warranty, this should be replaced under warranty terms & condition. Consumer had raised his grievance many times, and every time the customer care executive generated a ticket number, but did not resolve the issue. Consumer had been continuously following up with the company, but had not got any response. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “New replacement battery delivered to the dealer, informed customer to collect new battery from dealer as per his convenience.” | ||||
