Problem Reported: in the third week of February 2021, consumer tried to withdraw an amount of ₹4,000 from another PSU Bank ATM but, the amount did not get dispensed from the ATM but was deducted from his account. Later, he lodged the grievance in his PSU bank branch for the amount not dispensed at the ATM for the amount to be reversed in his account at the earliest.
Escalation by NCH: As the PSU Bank is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the Bank on the NCH Portal that “we would like to appraise by our concerned branch/office that Customer’s account has been credited on 01/03/2021. In view of the above, we request to close the said grievance”
