Problem Reported: | Consumer had given his electronic earbuds for replacement in mid – February 2021 as its left side was not working. He had bought it for ₹4990/- As per the warranty terms of the company, the replacement would be done in 15 days. But it was still not delivered to him. Consumer had mailed to customer care of the company, and they said that they would need some more time. He strongly believed that consumer helpline would help him. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “customer will opt Pick up and drop service and will get replaced.” | ||||
