Problem Reported: | On 19th February 2021 Consumer had booked a Petrol version car with the company’s showroom and had paid ₹ 5000 as the booking amount. However, later, the consumer cancelled the booking due to the unresponsiveness and irresponsible nature of the dealer, and requested that the booking amount be returned. He had to request the dealership multiple times for the refund, and every time the consumer was promised a future date for the refund. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘We have been informed that the concern of the customer has been resolved and booking amount has been refunded to the customer.’ | ||||
