|In October 2020 consumer had taken a health Insurance policy from a PSU Insurance Company. In mid - January 2021 consumer had filed a health claim through TPA of ₹ 2400 approximately. However, he had not got the claim amount. Consumer had approached the TPA many times but was not getting any response.
|Escalation by NCH:
|As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that the requested amount of INR 2464 had been approved and gave the payment details.
