Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a branded a smart Android TV in the last week of August 2020 by paying ₹ 24939/-. His grievance was that after using it for around 3 months, he started facing display issues in the TV. Whenever, the TV is not operated for few days, the issue surfaces. He had raised this problem with the company, and they do a temporary fix as again the issue occurs after a few days. He wants a permanent solution for this grievance as the TV is under warranty. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “Replacement has been completed with Service request xxxx” | ||||
