Problem Reported: Consumer had purchased a branded a smart Android TV in the last week of August 2020 by paying ₹ 24939/-. His grievance was that after using it for around 3 months, he started facing display issues in the TV. Whenever, the TV is not operated for few days, the issue surfaces. He had raised this problem with the company, and they do a temporary fix as again the issue occurs after a few days. He wants a permanent solution for this grievance as the TV is under warranty.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “Replacement has been completed with Service request xxxx”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Thank you all, yes I have been replaced with a new TV of same model.
