|Consumer had purchased a branded front load washing machine in mid- October 2020, and had paid ₹36,990/- . When he shifted to a new house in March 2021, he paced a service request to the customer care of the company for reinstallation at the new house. After two days, when the company engineer opened the box, they found that the washing machine was dented from both sides. The company engineer took photos and submitted the report to his central team. Consumer contacted the Dealer who refused to entertain as they said that beyond 15 days it is not their responsibility. The company was also not co-operating with him.
