Problem Reported: | Consumer had placed an order some furniture - a Wooden shelf, Show Rack, TV Unit wooden shelf from the company’s authorised store, in early February 2021, and had paid an amount of ₹ 18981/-. Consumer was told that they as have limited staff due to pandemic situation, the delivery may take some time. He agreed but after one month also he got the same answer, and after multiple follow ups nothing had changed, so he cancelled the order and applied for refund. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded that “We were unable to fulfil the order as there were covid-19 cases at our factory premises due to which manufacturing was affected. We have already made a full refund against the said order. Customer has also received an email confirmation related to this refund via the Payment Service provider”. | ||||
