Problem Reported: | Consumer has joined a Yoga Studio in the month of February 2020 and paid the fees of ₹ 19365/-. However due to the Pandemic situation, the studio had been closed and the consumer was promised that the membership fees uptil November 2020 would be refunded. However, every time they were postponing the refund dates, and she was not getting any kind of response from the Yoga studio as well. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company in end March 2021 and after sending an e-mail reminder from NCH the company responded that the refund of ₹19366/- was processed and gave the Payment reference details | ||||
