|Consumer had purchased a well-known brand refrigerator in November 2015 and had paid. ₹ 14,977/- . The refrigerator was out of warranty and as it had problems, he raised a service request with the company. The company technician visited the consumer's house but did not repair the refrigerator. The consumer said that he was informed by the Company that the refrigerator parts were not available at that time. The company was not responding to consumer's grievance.
