|Consumer had purchased 60 learning classes for his son in mid-February 2021 for ₹ 18,325/-. However, his son had attended only 2 classes and for the 3rd class he was facing some login issues. So, the consumer requested for pausing the classes and after a few days he requested that the classes should be stopped. As the classes were not stopped, he emailed them to stop and refund of the fee paid. Although the classes were stopped, he had not received the refund.

|As the private education setup is not a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded that "We have refunded the amount to the customer successfully please find a refund screenshot for your reference".
