Problem Reported: Consumer had placed a prepaid order of a few ayurvedic products of a branded company for ₹ 534/- from their official e-commerce website in mid – April 2021, but even after a week his order had not been delivered.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is not under the Convergence partnership of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the Company responded that “Material which the consumer ordered has been delivered to him”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that the company had delivered the products, and he was happy with the response.
