Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a branded water purifier in April 2016 and had paid ₹ 4500/-. Consumer had placed a service request as there was an issue with the water filter, and the engineer had come and replaced the filtration parts but one of the parts that was under warranty was not working properly. All the filtration parts were replaced, but that part that was under warranty had not been changed by the company and the filter was not working properly, | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal stating that “As per our Service Manager- Technician visited at customer place, sediment cleaning done, machine is working fine” | ||||
