Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered one branded laptop in end January 2021 and paid ₹ 45990/-, which was delivered a few days later. His grievance was that from the day of receiving of laptop, its keys were not working. He raised his concern to the company’s customer care, but did not receive any support. Consumer wanted the laptop to be replaced, as since the day of its purchase, it had become a headache for him. He wanted either refund or replacement of this laptop, and requested NCH for support and to intervene in this matter. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “the company has processed refund to the customer”. | ||||
