Problem Reported: | Consumer had booked a parcel in early April 2021, containing a tablet 11 inch worth ₹ 94,800 from Bengaluru to Agartala, and had paid ₹ 4500/- for delivering the parcel. The estimated delivery time given to him was 3-4days, but even after a week the item had still not been delivered. Consumer had contacted the courier company and they keep telling him that it would be delivered soon. Consumer was of the opinion that as a middle class person, ₹94,000 was a very big amount and the courier company was playing with it. | ||||
