Problem Reported: He booked a GoAir one flight ticket from on 25th March.2021 and paid ₹4128/- .After he completed the payment, he didn't get any ticket confirmation. After some time they called him and told that ticket price got hiked and you need to pay some extra money. Look here they are looting common people. So he asked them to refund his money. They told him that your refund will be credited to your account within 10 to 15 working days. After 10 working days, he called them again, this time they asked him to wait for more 5 working days. That deadline also passed still he didn't get any refund.
Escalation by NCH: As company is not under Convergence hence grievance has been forwarded to the company, company responded that “As we check the booking cancelled beyond our control, we refunded the amount to the passenger.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: When we spoke to you on 22nd May 2021, you confirmed that you received the full refund on 18th May 2021. Hence issue resolved.
