Problem Reported: She ordered 7 Kurti’s from the company on April 11, 2021, & got the delivery on April 16, 2021. But due to some issues with kurti’s like size, colour and fabric she wanted to return the kurtis but due to some technical error in company website they could not generate the return request number. Again she tried to contact the customer care and they registered her return request. The very next day delivery boy came for picking up the products. But till date she did not get the refund.
Escalation by NCH: As company is not under Convergence hence grievance has been forwarded to the company, company responded that “Refund is processed towards consumer source account against Refund Reference Number: VHMP9897615011 amounting Rs.2920.63/-.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: When we spoke to you on 19th May 2021, you confirmed that you received a refund of ₹2920.63/- . Hence issue resolved.
