Problem Reported: Consumer had bought a motherboard for his computer in November 2020, paying ₹ 6489/-, and which had a warranty of one year. However after using it for 3-4 months, the product had to be repaired several times, but even after this, the same problem persisted in the motherboard, due to which the computer does not perform as required
Escalation by NCH: As the electronics products company is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded that the replacement Product had been dispatched, and gave the tracking number as well as the delivery partner name.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent! The service by consumer helpline is excellent and prompt. This one helpline is a hope for all consumers when in need. Great show, keep it up!
