Problem Reported: | Consumer has a DTH Smart connection, but it was continuously getting ‘hanged’ since last few days. The menu bar was appearing on the screen so frequently that he could not see the TV properly then it used to get ‘hanged’. When consumer contacted the service provider’s Customer care, they provided him a solution of the call itself, but the solution did not help. So, he spoke to them again but they were unable to fix it and denied providing any additional help. In fact, they were not lodging his grievance nor providing a grievance number. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the service provider is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded on the NCH portal that “ it has been confirmed that channels related issue has been resolved post technician visit and connection is working fine. All required info given.” | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | Excellent! After posting the complaint on National Consumer Grievance portal, got quick response from the company and the problem was solved in two days. Thank You! |
