Problem Reported: Consumer had purchased a branded Air conditioner, which got delivered in early June 2021. The dealer had raised an installation request with the company, but even after four days no one has come to the site for installation. On the fourth day they said that a person has been allotted the task and gave the contact number, but it turned out to be wrong number. Consumer had been waiting for the past 4 days for installation but had not got any help from the company.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “Installation Completed yesterday. Please find the attached Photos of Installed product at customer site.”
