Problem Reported: Consumer had ordered a product through an e-pharmacy in the third week of May 2021, which was delivered in 5 days. The consumer had paid ₹483.56/- , but the product delivered was damaged. So, the consumer contacted the company for the refund but the e-pharmacy had not responded.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the e-pharmacy on the NCH Portal that “The customer claimed to have received damage product wherein we have reshipped the package for which the same claim has been raised again by the customer. However, we have scheduled a reversal for the defective product.
