Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a Tab in the first week of June 2021 for his daughter’s online studies and had paid a price of ₹ 11499/- for it. Later, he got to know that none of the Apps from a popular android play store could be downloaded on the Tab. Hence, technically the tab was not operational, as he was not able to download any app, therefore he requested the company to either take it back or get the tech glitch sorted. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As company is not a Convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded that “We provided solution steps to customer, he agree to visit service centre. Problem will be resolved as soon customer will visit service centre’. | ||||
