Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered a BiPAP Machine and kit in the third week of April 2021 at a price of ₹ 90000/-. Due to some personal reasons he did not take the delivery at his house and intimated the company accordingly. Since then he is following up with the company for the refund but had not got any satisfactory response or redressal. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As company is not a Convergence partner of the national Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded initially that, “Refund request of customer has already been taken. Refund policy as per website states refund AFTER receiving the product. We are awaiting return of the product.” After about a week, the company responded that they had received the product in their office and processed refund for the same. They had also attached the screenshot of refund. " | ||||
