|Consumer, in mid-May 2021 had tried to withdraw an amount of ₹10,000 from a PSU Bank ATM. The amount got debited from his account but the money was not dispensed. Consumer then registered his grievance with the bank branch, but it had been 10 days and he had not received any response from them.
|Escalation by NCH:
|As the Bank is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “The disputed amount credited to customers account.”
