Problem Reported: | Consumer was using a co-branded Credit Card of a private payment bank and he had to receive a membership as part of the credit card policy last year (2020) but consumer did not get it. And after sending many mails and messages to the bank they offered consumer a voucher code which the consumer would need to apply during the purchase of the membership and upon applying, the subscription amount would be returned back to his bank wallet in 24 hours. It had been almost 10 days since his purchase but he had not received any cash back. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal stating that ‘cash back is credited in the xxx wallet.’ | ||||
