Problem Reported: | In mid- May-2021, Consumer had ordered for a branded smart watch from the Company worth ₹2999/-. And, it had been a month that the product had not been delivered to him. Consumer had raised the refund request with the Company, but did not got any revert from them.( | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the electronics product Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that, “We have refunded the amount: REF ID xxxxx, Date : xxxxx.” | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | Excellent. A refund amount of ₹ 2999 has been initiated by the company after making me wait for more than one and half months. All thanks to National Consumer Helpline. Please continue providing such great support. Extremely satisfied by this helpline!! |
