Problem Reported: Consumer has a two wheeler which he gave for servicing to their authorized service center in March 2021. He also wanted the replacement of alloy wheel part. However, even after 3 months they failed to replace the defective part and they are delaying further.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “This was pending for Part non availability. Required parts are arranged and replaced. Vehicle delivered to customer with satisfaction.”
