Problem Reported: Consumer had ordered medicines from an online pharmacy in the third week of April 2021 and paid ₹1425/-. On the same day, the company delivered the medicines but Consumer found that the medicines were not as per prescription. So, immediately he put a return request and the same day the medicines were picked by the company and he was promised a refund. But he received only ₹791/- of refund from the company. The balance amount of ₹634/- was not refunded. He registered his grievance about the balance amount but no response from the company end.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, response received from Company, “The refund of Rs.634.08 was credited to the customer’s wallet. We contacted the customer and apologized for the inconvenience caused due to the wrong parcel delivered and the delayed refund”.
