|Consumer had purchased a washing machine on 21 Jun 2017. The machine had developed problems and hence the consumer registered a grievance with the company in Jan 2021. The grievance was never attended as a technician never visited. A company representative finally visited in mid – July 2021, and as the 4 year warranty period had expired in June 2021, a new ticket request was registered by the company. The consumer is of the opinion that this practice of the company is clearly of poor customer service, negligent attitude and unprofessional behavior from the company. Company had never addressed the issue when the product was under warranty and now they reached out, on expiry of the product warranty

|As the company is convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from company on the NCH Portal stated “Hope your issue has been resolved and you are satisfied”
