|Consumer has placed an order for a mobile handset from the company website, and had paid an amount of ₹ 24999/- in the third week of June 2021. Due to some personal reason, he cancelled the order 3 days later. The order cancellation reflected in his account and customer care executive verified the same and provided the refund details, but the consumer has not received the refund amount in his account even after almost a month. Consumer has requested for the refund from the company.

|As the company is convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from the company on the NCH Portal stated “This is regarding your order ‘xxxxx for the refund. INR 24999.00 has been processed successfully on xxxxx. Here is the Bank ARN number for your reference: xxxxxxxxxx.”
