Problem Reported: | Consumer had, in the month of April 2021 paid ₹2799 via an e-wallet to a vehicle renting company and booked a two wheeler for 25 days for the month of April 2021 itself. Later, it was cancelled by the rental company due to location not serviceable and showed a refund of ₹0 in the application. Then, when the consumer contacted the Company, they said that the amount would be refunded within 7 days. But, it had been 2 months; the amount had still not been refunded in his account. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the Company on the NCH Portal itself that “Refund has been processed and customer got the refund.” | ||||
