Problem Reported: Consumer had purchased a washing machine in end December 2020 by paying an amount of ₹25750/-, and within two months the machine started having some issues. The machine was sent to the service center and they repaired it, but again after another two months, the machine broke down. Consumer was of the opinion that no new machine breaks down within 4 months of its purchase, so he had raised a grievance to the company asking for refund. The company was giving him a replacement, but he does not want a machine of the same company. Consumer was not satisfied with the company and the service provided by them.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal with the Remark “dealer is getting this matter settled by providing the refund amount to customer. Customer and dealer both are Ok with it.”
