Problem Reported: Consumer has a saving account in a PSU Bank and in end June 2021 he had deposited ₹ 30,000/- by an ATM machine in to his account but due to a technical issue; the amount was not credited in to his account. He visited the branch to enquire about the non –deposit of the amount, but did not get any information about the same.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “with reference to the complaint we submit that ₹30000 credited to the account”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: When the consumer was spoken to, he confirmed that the issue was resolved and the amount of ₹ 30,000 /- had been credited in his account.
