Problem Reported: He booked a flight ticket from via.com on 25thNov. 2020 from Bhopal to Aizawl, but one of the connecting flights from Bombay to Kolkata got delayed so he cancelled the ticket. He tried to contact company customer care number many times but no one picked it up, then he sent the email to the company. They replied that they have applied for the refund, when they will receive the refund from the airlines, they will refund it back. He frequently mailed them in every 1-2 weeks and their reply was same, after 6 months he contacted Air India Customer care and they told him that they refunded the amount on 15thApril 2020. He forwarded that mail to via.com and since then, they haven't replied him.
Escalation by NCH: As company is not under Convergence hence grievance has been forwarded to the company, Company responded that - Refund has been done.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: When NCH called you up, you confirmed that you had received the refund of ₹21097/-
