Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered a branded AC from a multibrand retail outlet and had paid ₹25000/- . The expected date of delivery was the initial days of June 2021, but even after 10 days, he had not received the order. Consumer continuously tried to reach the outlet by different modes of communication but did not get any response; neither had he got any update regarding his order. There was no option of canceling the order and no information about when the product would get delivered. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As company is not a Convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the response from the company was “Refund initiated, amount credited within 7/10 days.” | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that he had received the refund of ₹25000/- from the company. |
