Problem Reported: Consumer had purchased RO + UV + UF Water Purifier in mid-July 2020 and had paid ₹8458/-. In June 2021 the water purifier showed low TDS and as the water purifier was in the warranty period, consumer raised his grievance to the company. A week later, a technician visited and only cleaned the water filter, but he had generated a false field report claiming change in RO membrane and other such remedial action. The consumer contacted the company regarding the false report generated by the technician, but had not received any response from them.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from Company on the NCH Portal was “This is completed from our end; Work done was Output TDS/Replace QCC/Replace RO Membrane”.
