Problem Reported: | Consumer had a branded 2 door Wardrobe at a price of ₹ 7399/- which was delivered in early July 2021. The promised time of installation was within 3 days of delivery, but it was not fulfilled. The consumer made many follow ups with the company to get the wardrobe installed, but did not receive any response. Therefore he applied for return and refund; however there is no response for the same as well. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the online furniture company is not under Convergence with NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded that , “ “The product was found defective at the time of installation. Hence the product has been returned and the refund has been processed. The same has been confirmed by the customer and complaint has been closed from our end.” | ||||
