Problem Reported: | Consumer has a DTH connection. In the month of May 2021, he had purchased the ‘’family pack’’ bundle of services for ₹3,400/-. A technician came and installed the set top box and charged ₹4,400/- . Thereafter, they activated the pack priced at ₹2,800/-. He had raised a grievance with the service provider, but he had not received any resolution. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the service provider is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal stating “As per records, a necessary waiver of Rs.2279 has already been credited on your VC XXXX as a special gesture. The revised recharge date is xxxxx and switch off date is xxxxx for both connections” | ||||
