Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered branded Genuine Leather Lace-Up Shoes at a price of ₹ 4752.52/- in June 2021. A wrong product was delivered to him so he raised the return request which was accepted and the refund amount was received in the month of June 2021 itself. On the same day he placed a new order for the shoes that he had wanted but again the same wrong product was delivered to him which had to again return. But he had not got the refund | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the online shopping website is not a Convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the response received was “Product was picked up but there was delay in refund. However, we have processed the refund towards customer source account against Refund Reference Number: xxxxx amounting Rs 4752.52/-”. | ||||
