Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased an Air Conditioner in the third week of June 2021 for ₹25,500/-. After installation, as the AC was not cooling properly, the consumer registered his grievance with the company immediately. The Technician visited after 3 days and found that the compressor was not working, and said that it would take 7-10 days to replace. The consumer contacted the company for replacement as the AC was brand new and within the warranty period as well, but he had not received any response from the company end. | ||||
