Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered a branded laptop from the company’s e- Store in the second week of May 2021. As a special offer, he was to get wireless stereo earbuds” when he has placed the order. However, he did not receive the special offer item, He had shared the screen shot also with the company 10 times, the support team assured him that they would deliver the offer within a period of 40 to 45 days. Every time he contacted them about his missing offer, each time they just gave assurances. It had been over 50 days and he still had not received his missing offer product. | ||||
