Problem Reported: Consumer had stayed at a well-known hotel for four days, and had paid an amount of ₹14,454/-. During his stay, a meal was made available by the hotel with which the complainant had an issue. The water served during the meal was in a rusted bottle, the butter served was full of fungus when he brought the same to the notice of the Manager, instead of being apologetic, and he was rude and misbehaved with him.
Escalation by NCH: As the hotel is not a Convergence partner with NCH, the grievance was forwarded to the hotel and the response they gave was “We have spoken to Mr. xxxx, given appropriate response desired by him. He is convinced by the measures taken by the hotel and wanted to close this complaint raised by him”
