Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a Refrigerator in February 2021 and paid ₹ 28000/- . After 7 days of delivery, the ice box started to freeze, so the consumer contacted the dealer. The dealer sent a technician 3 times but the problem was not resolved and still persisted. Consumer had visited the dealer more than 5 times, and was told that his issue had been forwarded to the company. However, the company had not responded. Consumer wants the refrigerator to be replaced, as they were not able to solve the problem. | ||||
