|Consumer had ordered a laptop in mid- Feb 2021 and had paid ₹ 56787/- , however, he had received a faulty unit. He raised his grievance to the store after a month, in March 2021, and they sent him another unit , which also turned out to be faulty. Hence, consumer wanted a refund, and the company informed him that the refund would be processed after the unit was sent back to them. He told to them to pick up the unit, but no one come to collect it. He has been sending mails to the company for the refund , but had not received any response.

|As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “ We collected the system and provided refund of the system value”.
