Problem Reported: In early June 2021, consumer had transferred ₹4572 from an NBFC app wallet to his bank account which was linked with his registered mobile number. The money got debited from his e-wallet but was not credited to his bank account. He had already raised the grievance with the Finance company but the amount had neither been transferred to the account nor reversed into the wallet.
Escalation by NCH: As the Finance Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the Company on the NCH Portal stating “ we have successfully reversed your amount INR 4572 on xxxxx into your xxx wallet.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: It’s all good.
