Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a refrigerator in the third week of April 2021, and had paid ₹26950/- The technician visited a couple of times and identified a Gas Leakage in the Refrigerator, so he got gas filled and then found out that there was an internal Leakage that he could not do anything about. The refrigerator had been used for just 3 months. He had raised a request to the company’s support team and had called many times but it was of no use. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “Customer unit has been replaced with new one and unit is working fine.” | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | Excellent! Excellent bridge to communicate direct Brand and getting resolved very soon. In My case after the request was raised here issue was resolved. Good Platform. |
